Reason 3 – Buyers Agents for Overseas Clients

We recently helped Jeff, an overseas client, to buy a property in the Adelaide CBD. Jeff plans to return to Adelaide in the future, and wanted to secure a place to come back to when the time comes.

Because he’s overseas, it would have been quite difficult for him to organise and oversee all the various services needed to check out the neighbourhood, verify the price was good value, negotiate the contract, obtain the finance, confirm the property was ‘as advertised,’ and make sure everything came together on time for settlement.
