Another New Year is about to become reality. After the (for some) disappointing performance of property in 2012, agents are looking for improvement – in both prices and turnover in the months ahead.
I already have appointments with clients in January to explore buying property under the current favourable-to-buyers market conditions.
Still, many who have no plans to buy, will feel they should “do-something” different this year.
Instead of the frustration of making a soon-to-be-broken resolution, why not discuss possible resolutions with your spouse/partner/significant other/good friend, find one thing you both agree is worthwhile (paying off credit card/s or paying down a mortgage for instance), then keep one-another accountable to ensure you accomplish it?
