Saving time and avoiding stress

A very focused and busy professional was referred to me by one of her colleagues.

She wanted to buy a home, but had become very frustrated and disappointed in her search because her available time was very limited (especially on the weekend) and she had been unable to find anything that fitted her requirements.

We spent a good while discussing her situation and the property specification in detail, then set about hunting for a suitable property for her.

Six weeks later, after we inspected several properties together, we made an offer on a house within her preferred search area but outside her price range.

Our offer was eventually accepted by the vendor, and my client had the keys just 99 days after we started working for her.

My client was kept fully informed throughout the process (mostly by phone and email, owing to her gruelling schedule). There were no interruptions to her work schedule.

Since moving in, she has told me more than once how much she loves her house.
