We did an online search for a buyer's agent, then we had a chat to see if we were the right fit. Michael was very clear about what he could do and what to expect. He had to answer many many questions which he did with patience and humour. He took time to get to know us and what our wish list was. When we found properties we thought might be suitable, he provided the online searches, reports, estimated valuations and sales history of the property. The first time we came to Adelaide we looked at two houses with Michael, who took us through what he looks for and how he does it. Although neither was suitable, it gave us a valuable insight into the property market in the area we had decided upon, so when the right property came up Michael was able to negotiate quickly and effectively.
