A beautiful property which the clients, when they inspected it, decided was perfect for their planned move to a still active yet less pressured lifestyle.
The negotiating process began, and after going back and forth several times through the seller’s agent, we settled on acceptable terms, and a price more than 20% lower than the initial asking price of the property – a result of the recent lower prices in South Australia.
We also negotiated to buy the owner’s farm equipment, and arranged for construction of a fence to keep the new owner’s dog from straying.
Vendors were happy to sell their place (and that it went to a ‘good home’), Agent was happy to deliver a good result for her vendor-clients, our buyer clients were also very happy to have found their dream home.
