Unless one of three things happens:
- We find a suitable property and you buy it
- You tell us not to continue
- A force-majeure (unpredictable & uncontrollable) event occurs, making it impossible to continue
Our drive is to work with clients to solve problems, overcome difficulties and help them move toward their hopes, dreams and aspirations – in short, to help them get what they want – while enabling them to go about their normal lives throughout the process.
Commercially, we view our task as acquiring the right property, so we persevere until that property is found, approved by our client, purchased and settlement takes place.
