In late 2010, I was briefed by a new Client, referred to RealTeam by a previous client.

The brief was to negotiate and buy a specific property within the 5061 postcode.

I met the Client at the property, and together we inspected it. Then we sat down with the agent and, while the Client watched, the agent and I negotiated the price and terms. Despite strong resistance from the agent, I was able to obtain a handy discount for my Client.

After the process, and after signing the contract we left. As we parted, he thanked me and remarked to the effect: “I could never have done that!”

Almost five years on, this couple have made a number of improvements and additions. They remain enthusiastically delighted with their home.
