30 floors high (tallest apartment structure on Adelaide’s changing skyline).
This really is at the heart of the city, with convenient walking access to just about everything Adelaide CBD has to offer.
Apartments are for sale & are expected to be ready for occupancy at the end of 2017.
These are aimed primarily at owner-occupiers, rather than investors, so they’ll have high quality finishes etc. Prices starting at ‘early $300’s’ for one-bedroom, up to $800’s-plus for 3 bedrooms & 2 carparks. Penthouses anyone? $2.2 million will do it.
